ReviewDesk writes owner responses to your business's Google reviews: a free one-time sample of 5 responses delivered by email, and an optional paid subscription ($99/month per location, month-to-month) under which we draft and post responses via manager access you grant on your Google Business Profile. Responses to 1- and 2-star reviews are never posted without your explicit approval.
The subscription is month-to-month with no contract; cancel any time by email and you will not be billed again. If we fail to deliver responses in a given month, that month is refunded.
ReviewDesk is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any platform we help you with (including Google or Airbnb). We never ask for your account passwords.
We deliver the work described above with care and honesty. We cannot and do not guarantee any specific business outcome — search positions, review scores, booking volumes, or revenue — because those depend on factors outside anyone's control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it.
